By using JFIT you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the JFIT website, mobile site, or any related service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service description

JFIT is an online marketplace that connects customers with FSSAI-certified pure-vegetarian restaurants that deliver food to passengers on Indian Railways. JFIT itself does not prepare food; it merely facilitates the order, delivery and payment between you and the restaurant.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that the passenger details (name, phone, PNR, coach, berth) you provide are accurate and belong to you or to a person who has authorised you to act on their behalf.

4. Pure-veg only

JFIT is a 100% pure-vegetarian platform. No non-veg, no egg, no seafood. Restaurants and admins cannot add non-veg items to the menu. The platform reserves the right to remove any item or restaurant that violates this policy.

5. PNR verification

To place an order you must provide a valid 10-digit PNR. JFIT validates the PNR with our PNR provider (RailKit). If the PNR is invalid, belongs to a past journey, doesn't match the train you specified, or the chosen delivery station is not on the train's route, JFIT will refuse the order and show the exact reason.

6. Pricing & payment

All prices are in INR and include GST where applicable. You may pay Cash on Delivery (COD — pay the delivery boy at your seat) or via UPI / card / wallet. Online payments are processed by a third-party gateway; JFIT does not store your card details.

7. Delivery

Estimated delivery time is shown at checkout. We try hard to meet it, but actual delivery depends on the train arriving on time, the delivery executive reaching your coach, and platform conditions. JFIT is not liable for delays caused by late trains, platform changes, or station restrictions.

8. Cancellations & refunds

You can cancel an order from the order-tracking page up to 5 minutes after placement. Once the restaurant has started preparing the food, cancellation is not possible. Refunds for online payments (when applicable) are processed within 5–7 business days.

9. Hygiene & food quality

All JFIT restaurants are FSSAI-certified and are re-verified every 6 months. JFIT does not guarantee the absence of allergens (nuts, dairy, gluten). If you have an allergy, mention it in the special-instructions box at checkout; JFIT will pass it to the restaurant but cannot guarantee the restaurant will accommodate it.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JFIT's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
