Quick answers about ordering, payment, PNR and delivery.

Yes, 100%. No meat, no seafood, no egg. Every restaurant on JFIT is verified pure-veg and every menu item carries dietary tags (Jain, Vegan, Satvik, Gluten-free) so you can order with confidence.

Your 10-digit PNR lets us (a) confirm your train and route, (b) auto-fill the coach/berth at checkout, (c) tell which delivery stations are on your route, and (d) make sure we don't deliver to a station you've already passed.

You can browse restaurants and add items to the cart without a PNR, but you'll be asked to enter one before placing the order. We re-validate the PNR at checkout against the chosen delivery station and the train's route. If the validation fails, you'll see the exact reason (e.g. "PNR is for a past journey", "Train doesn't halt at this station").

Double-check the 10 digits. If it's still not found, our PNR provider (RailKit) may not have your PNR yet (charts are usually prepared a few hours before departure) or it may be down. You can also search by train number + station and order that way.

Once your train halts at the chosen delivery station, a JFIT delivery executive boards, finds your coach and berth, and hands the order to you. We aim for delivery within 30 minutes of the train arriving at the station. If the train is delayed, the delivery boy waits up to a reasonable grace period.

JFIT tracks your train's live running status. If the train is delayed, the delivery is rescheduled to the new arrival time automatically. If the delay is more than 2 hours, we cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Yes. COD is the most popular option — you pay the delivery boy at your seat when the food arrives. UPI, card and wallet are also supported.

We deliver to 450+ major stations. Each restaurant has a defined delivery radius (usually within the station or a few km around it). At checkout, you'll only see restaurants that can deliver to the station you've chosen.

Register as a restaurant. We require FSSAI registration, a pure-veg menu, and station coverage. Onboarding is free.
